Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2, 2026

1. Relationship

These terms govern your use of the **AI Scheduler Flow** platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Our service is designed to automate calendar synchronization and business appointment bookings using AI technology.

2. Use of AI Failover Engine

We provide a multi-provider failover system using Groq and Together AI to achieve 99.75% uptime for the AI assistant. While we strive for high accuracy, the AI is a machine-learning model and we cannot guarantee 100% correct parsing for every unique message content provided by your customers.

3. Calendar Integration Responsibilities

When you authorize calendar synchronization with Google or Microsoft Outlook, you grant AI Scheduler Flow the permission to create, read, and delete appointments on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct calendar is selected and that you do not manually alter events created by the system in a way that causes system instability or double-bookings.

4. Business Account & Security

You agree to maintain the security of your business configuration. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all OAuth credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of any session access or business identification tokens used to access your integration settings.

5. Fees and Payment

Any fees for AI Scheduler Flow are as described on our pricing page or custom service contract. We rely on third-party communication providers like **Twilio**. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your individual Twilio or provider accounts unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Scheduler Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from calendar synchronization errors, double-bookings, or AI parsing inaccuracies.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform features at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any significant changes to the core synchronization logic that may impact your business operations.

8. Termination

You may disconnect your calendar and terminate your account at any time via the Integrations dashboard. Upon termination, we will revoke all access tokens to your connected calendars.
